Description
The R9Kustoms Rolltop En-Route Side Pannier (Black) is designed to be mounted with ease on either the left or right side of your modern classic. We have designed the original universal mounting system on the rear of the bag in such a way as to ensure no matter what style of rack you have on your bike, our side pannier will easily adapt to fit.
Supplied with the side pannier are four durable full grain leather mounting straps, which are 4.5mm thick and stitched like a men’s belt with brass buckles, these can be used in thirteen positions on the back of the side pannier to ensure a secure fit no matter what rack you currently have.
Our En-Route side pannier uses a water proof, 22 ounce heavy duty waxed canvas which is water resistant. The bag is double lined with a rubber backed tartan material to ensure the contents stay dry (the competition only use cotton). Our pure and honest design completes that great look for your modern classic ride.
The side pannier features our classic Roll Top design that’s allows flexibility of storing capacity as well as making sure the dust and rain stays out. Leather straps secure over the top to allow you to achieve extra volume in your pannier. The sides of the pannier have two water/fuel bottle pockets, with brass drain holes to make sure no water pools in them as well at closing tops incase you wish to use the pockets for other storage. The front of the pannier has a large pocket with a leather flap and fasteners.
The saddlebag features a carry strap, as well as an included adjustable shoulder strap. We use all the same press studs and rivets that are used on the sissy bar duffle bag, keeping that authentic look and style we are well known for as well as ensuring longevity and durability of your pannier.
Straps are made from full grain leather, double stitched and feature vee buckles, press studs and rivets to ensure a long life in the harshest elements.

I received this saddlebag and got it mounted right before the recent So Cal rainstorms and it held up great against the downpour; everything inside stayed perfectly dry (in fact I even shoved my seat bag in it to keep it dry). So nice I bought them a second time after my bike got trashed. Sturdy, fantastic quality, looks awesome, international shipping was super fast, and they threw in free covers for them the second time. They probably take a little extra time to open and secure than hard cases but they’re flexible enough hold a full face helmet. They open about twice as tall as you’d expect. Easily the most overall space compared to every other saddle bag I could find. Overall, great product.
